Instructions for accessing your Synova Email account via Outlook Express (POP3)

From the Outlook Express main menu: Pick Tools->Accounts.

In the Window that pops-up, click the Add button, then Mail…

Enter your name, then click Next.

Enter your Synova email address - which will be your userid@synovainc.com

The Synova email server is: mail.synovainc.com, enter that as the Incoming and Outgoing server.

Enter your Synova login information. BE SURE to check Log on using SPA !!

Retrieve your email by clicking the Send/Receive button (or main menu->Tools->Send/Receive) and selecting the “mail.synovainc.com” entry.

Instructions for accessing your Synova Email account via Outlook Web Access

Using your web browser, go to the Synova Website: http://www.synovainc.com , click on the Intranet link

Logon with your Synova UserID and Password.

Click the button: Check Email

Enter your UserID on the OWA Logon screen.

Enter your UserID and Password in the popup dialog.
